Italian Stuffed Meatloaf
Lean ground beef seasoned with tomato, basil, oregano and Parmesan cheese with a center stuffing
of Mozzarella cheese and covered with my home-made marinara.
Savory Meatloaf with Brown-Sugar Glaze
Lean, tender and moist classic meatloaf topped with a sweet-spicy
tomato & brown sugar glaze.
Yankee Pot Roast, Carrots and Red Potatoes
Tender, melt-in-your-mouth pot roast cooked with fresh carrots and red potatoes
smothered in rich brown gravy.
Sunday-Night Beef Stew
Tender chunks of beef simmered with baby red potatoes, pearl onions, carrots,
peas and tomatoes in a rich brown gravy with a dash of red wine.
Grilled Flank Steak with Chutney-Bourbon Glaze
Lean flank steak marinated in a delicious combination of Jack Daniels, chutney, garlic and hot pepper sauce;
that wonderful combination of sweet, spicy, salty and tart. Grilled to medium rare and sliced thinly on the diagonal for
most tender results.
Thai Meatballs
A combination of ground round and ground pork seasoned with the classic Thai formula of a balance of
sweet, salty, sour and hot. Wonderful on rice stick noodles!
Beef-Broccoli Lo Mein
Lean strips of steak and fresh broccoli florets stir-fried in a Chinese spicy brown sauce
and served over your choice of soba or linguine noodles.
Thai Beef Green Curry
Lean flank steak marinated in spicy Thai green curry, coconut milk, fresh Thai basil,
lemongrass and kiffir lime. Traditionally served over steamed white rice which soaks up the sauce.

Teriyaki Marinated Flank Steak
Lean flank steak infused with garlic, soy and ginger grilled to medium-rare perfection; sliced thinly
on the diagonal and served with teriyaki sauce. Pairs beautifully with Asian stir-fry fresh vegetables.
Danish Meatballs in Creamy Dill Sauce
A mixture of ground beef and pork meatballs simmered in a delicious dill cream sauce.
Wonderful over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
Greek Meatballs over Lemon-Herb Orzo Pasta
Ground lamb and beef meatballs seasoned with fresh parsley, oregano and garlic over lemony herbed orzo
and Feta cheese.
Stuffed Bell Peppers with Spiced Lamb, Currants and Feta Cheese
Experience the flavors of Morocco in this flavorful dish. Cumin, cardamom and cinnamon spiced lamb with
tomatoes and garlic fill the sweet bell peppers; baked and topped with crumbly Feta cheese.

covered with chunky salsa. Great served with South-of-the-Border Saute vegetables. A real favorite!!

Lean ground beef, diced tomatoes, black beans, yellow sweet corn layered between corn tortillas
and Mexican Four Cheeses. It's like a Southwest lasagna casserole.
Baked Mexican Tamale Pie
If you like tacos and cornbread, youll love this dish. A layer of home-made cheesy cornbread crust
covered with lean taco-seasoned beef and chunky salsa topped with another layer of cheesy cornbread.
Greek Meatloaf Stuffed with Spinach
A mixture of ground beef and lamb seasoned with Greek spices and filled with spinach,
Feta cheese and Kalamata olives.
This selection represents just a sampling of the beef dishes available. The menu changes on a
seasonal basis, so you will enjoy a wide variety of delicious entrees all year long.
