Lean strips of steak and fresh broccoli florets stir-fried in a Chinese spicy brown sauce
and served over your choice of soba or linguine noodles.
Thai Beef Green Curry
Lean flank steak marinated in spicy Thai green curry, coconut milk, fresh Thai basil,
lemongrass and kiffir lime. Traditionally served over steamed white rice which soaks up the sauce.

Escalopes of pork simmered in a white wine sauce with quartered artichoke hearts and julienned
red bell pepper.
Pork Scaloppini Marsala
Slices of tender pork tenderloin sauted and then simmered in Marsala wine and cream with sliced
mushrooms. I can make a modified low-fat sauce if you prefer a lighter version of this classic sauce.
This selection represents just a sampling of the beef and pork dishes available. The menu changes on a
seasonal basis, so you will enjoy a wide variety of delicious entrees all year long.
