Wasabi-Marinated Salmon with Ginger-Garlic Aioli

Salmon fillets marinated in a wasabi-ginger-garlic sauce;

grilled and served with a side of Ginger-Garlic Aioli.  Great with grilled asparagus!

 

Teriyaki Salmon on a bed of Soba noodles

Salmon filets are marinated in the classic ginger-garlic-soy teriyaki,

grilled and served on a bed of cilantro-accented soba noodles.  

 

Roasted Salmon with Lemon-Caper Sauce

Oven roasted salmon filets topped with a bright and tangy Lemon-Caper sauce accented

with thyme.  Delicious served on a bed of fresh asparagus.

 

Spicy Shrimp Puttanesca

Large shrimp lightly pan sautedandfinished in a white wine sauce with crushed red pepper,

tomatoes, fresh parsley, Kalamata olives and caper berries.

Stir-fry large shrimp and assorted fresh vegetables in a spicy Thai red curry and peanut sauce

with lemongrass, kiffir lime, and Thai basil. A symphony of flavors burst in your mouth!

 

Thai Green Shrimp Curry

Classic spicy Thai dish of shrimp and assorted fresh vegetables simmered in a flavorful

coconut-milk base with kiffir lime leaves and cilantro.  Serve with steamed rice to

balance out the heat.

 

Shrimp in Panang Curry-Ginger Sauce

A real favorite!  Classic crab cake made with lump crab, scallions, Old Bay seasonings,

Teriyaki Salmon on a bed of Soba noodles

Filets of salmon glazed with the rich and sweet-spicy complexity of teriyaki; grilled to perfection

and served over sesame-infused Soba noodles. Great marriage of Asian flavors.

 

Salmon Dijonaise

Oven-roasted salmon filets napped with a sauce of white wine, Dijon mustard and fresh parsley. 

Capers are a delicious option.

 

Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Cajun-seasoned shrimp in a creamy Parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, sweet bell peppers,

Pan Roasted Salmon on bed of Lentils

Delicious!  Filets of salmon are oven-roasted and served on a bed of creamy French Puy lentils

This selection represents just a sampling of the seafood dishes available. The menu changes

on a seasonal basis, so you will enjoy a wide variety of delicious entrees all year long.
