Pasta and Tuna with Caper Dressing

Chunks of albacore tuna, broccoli florets, sweet red peppers, chiffonade of fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese

folded into orecchiette pasta with a delicious Caper Dressing.

Caesar Salad with Cajun Grilled Chicken

Romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, Parmesan cheese dressed with a classic Caesar dressing and topped

with a fan of grilled Cajun Chicken.

Bang-Bang Chicken with Cold Sesame Noodles

Shredded chicken breasts marinated in a spicy Asian sauce and then tossed with carrots, scallions, cucumber and snow peas

in a richly flavorful Sesame Sauce.  A full meal salad with Thai flavors of sweet, salty, sour and spicy.

Greek Salmon and Pasta Salad

Chunks of Salmon combined with conchiglie pasta , orange bell peppers, Roma tomatoes, Kalamata olives and

Feta cheese tossed in a classic Greek vinaigrette.  Served on a bed of fresh spinach.

Savor the sunny flavors of Nice. Grilled Tuna, baby red potatoes, green beans, capers and Nicoise olives

in traditional French vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Chicken Salad

and grated carrots; all over a bed of pasta and topped with my Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette.

and greens tossed in a tangy Catalina dressing.

Definitely south-of-the-border!  Chile-Tequila-Lime marinated chicken breast, crisp Romaine lettuce, baby spinach, sweet bell peppers,

red onion rings, cherry tomatoes, and sweet corn kernels. Served with Southwestern Vinaigrette.
